Well decided to trade out motors. Got a 2012 115 etec v4. Its going a alumacraft phantom v170 boat with a 20" transom. First off, I kept my prop from my Johnson 120 hp v4, will this work? Its a Raker 13.5"x20 SS (part no. 394759). If it doesn't, I'm leaning towards an aluminum prop, in case I hit the rocks on Eagle Lake.

Thanks for the help!!

Hiya!!

Start with your raker prop. It will be the best prop for lifting the entire boat out of the water both bow and stern. Going aluminum or back up, The Silas Amita series are great as well. The blades are squeeze cast so they don’t flex as much as a standard aluminum keeping you as close as possible to performance of steel.
