Just wondering how the bite was. Can anyone shed some light?

The bite? It was basically non existent. In my opinion, the lakes are still turning over. Water temps averaging 55°, and the water was still a little dingy looking. 130 anglers and 4 fish registered. There were many seasoned veterans participating and they came up empty. Weather was great and we lots of laughs, good chow, and a ton of great prizes that were raffled off, including a one week stay for two on LOW.

4 fish? That is amazing considering the amount of good sticks. The winner alone usually catches 3 or 4 fish.I think you're right about turnover. Thanks for the info.
