Sorry for all the questions lately but everyone gives great info. I know this has been beaten to death that the tranx hg is not easy on you to burn 10's and 13's. My question is I just sold my trinidad and I thought it was easy burning them with it personally, will I have the same results with the tranx hg since it is geared similar?

I have a Tranx PG and a HG, I use the PG for DCG 10-13 and the HG for top water and ripping baits, with the 43" of line pickup it is great at picking up slack line fast.
If I had to choose one I go with the PG for the best all around gears and buring DCG10-13

Trinidad still the workhorse. Used tranx and not as fast as the trinidad, if you trully into burning, then get a trinidad 16n. Watching my buddy burn the tranx was work while I was kicked back and normal speed moving 10's faster, with much less effort.
