Not seeing a lot of traffic up there in two trips this fall. Haven't seen or caught a fish yet, including a 10-hr solo trip today. Every other angler I see appears to be throwing white pounders.

10/14 water temps in Isle Bay 48 degrees and 51 degrees on the main lake after the cold snap. The bays have some pretty dirty water, I'm thinking from weed decomposition.

Doesn't appear that fish are in the southern bays yet, but I could be wrong. Share your experiences.

I heard it was a zoo but I have no fish reports. Was thinking I'd try it this year, but then again...I don't know...

I heard rumors of a guide catching a 55" giant on ML on Saturday after going many days without seeing a fish. That's all I know.

I think all musky lakes were a zoo this last weekend with the warmup. I was about the 8th boat on Miltona at sun-up on Saturday when it topped 58 degrees by mid afternoon. The place was jammed. Fishing was poor all around aside from a few people catching them on suckers.

Wind sheltered reefs and points were crowded yesterday. Water temp was 39.5-41. Air temp was below freezing all day.
