| do we got to cut the smile before lathe or after ? i don't even know if it'S a gouge job or something else . i don't think that kind of info are easy to find but who know,maybe someone will break the secret |

| my guess is they were cut on a table saw using a jig. are they not all plastic now? |

| rougarou ty very much. i was sure it would been easier to do the mouth out of square piece of wood. maybe it'S not easy to do a good lathe jod once the mouth is there ?

| I do on lathe then take a hacksaw and do the putter edges of the smile then take the rest out with a dremmel. Not super fast but I’m not making a ton of them either |

| i would like to see them. i always like to look at these lures. i almost forget to mention that todd leopardis still making them out of wood. not very erratic and unpredictable like a sledge but they are super good |
