Location: Ireland | I recently bought 2 9" Ernies from MuskyShop as I was down to my last one . The 2 new ones I received have a hole along the the belly of the lures . What is the reason for this ? and does affect the swimming action of the lure? Rgds , Pat |

Location: Vilas | Of the three ernies Ive owned, two of them leaked.... so Im guessing this is just a more efficient way of leaking |

| They use the same mould for the squirrels Ernie, so the hole is already in place. Saves the sods having two moulds |

Location: Mt. Zion, IL | I always break out the epoxy and seal them up. Don’t trust them not to hold water and freeze and then split. |
