Just wanted to pass on a good word for Drifter tackle and their outstanding customer service. I ordered some baits a couple of weeks ago and did not receive what I was expecting. The company's representative (Luke) answered my e-mail immediately and did everything necessary to ensure my satisfaction. Simply the best customer service I have ever received from any company -- period. I would not hesitate to do businees with them again or to recommend them to family and friends.
