Planning a Outpost trip to a remote lake in Canada this summer. Is earlier or later in July gonna be the best fishing? Is it ok to discuss specific outfitters on this forum? thanks for any help!

Hiya,

For Walleyes, I don't think it will matter too much, but for really good and fast pike action, I have always found the earlier the better...

I know you are looking for July, so this is only from my experience...the first week of June if you go far enough north is awesome...the ice will have only been gone a couple of weeks, and the big fish will be shallow...
