Wanting to hit up one of these lakes for a few days before heading to our week long trip this year. I know both are numbers and not big fish lakes, but just curious to hear what lake people prefer. Thanks.

Hit em both. Canyon is just up the road. Been awhile since we've fished it but the chain was better numbers and Canyon was better for size. Lots of tigers in Indian, biggest was a pure at 42. Most fish were caught on Alexandra (Indian) and Edward. Got a 47 n 44 on Canyon. Beautiful cabbage beds there. You will enjoy it.

Been a long time now, but I have spent much time on both. I like Canyon better, fish run bigger there. FYI, launch sucks on both (unless it’s been improved) so make sure you have a good vehicle
