For those of you who travel to Vermilion in Minnesota on vacation you have likely shopped at Zups grocery store in Orr.

It burned to the ground Monday night. A terrible loss for a small town. Fortunately nobody was hurt.

Zups in Cook is awesome... perhaps they will rebuild in Orr.

I know they said that but time will tell. It takes ALOT of money to build a store. I don't know the numbers for what they sold but I'm sure they will crunch the numbers.

It's a pretty good sized chain of grocery stores up here. The family is pretty well off and I'm sure they had insurance. This is actually the second time one of their stores burned up and they rebuilt that one as well.

Total bummer, saw that in the DNT today. Looooong drive after a day of fishing back to Virginia for food.

Been there that sucks. Spent some coin at the one in Tower and Virginia too.

I shop at the Tower store. A little expensive, but close. Sad to here about the Cook store! Hopefully, they will rebuild.
