| I was rereading "Musky Mastery" by Steve Heiting and I thought I would share this nifty trick described in the book. Great little book.
"When using a crankbait in walleye pattern, attach a small length of white pork rind to the rear treble to imitate the white spot on a walleye's tail." (Paraphrased)
I stuck a 1" tail end I tore off of a Mr. Twister to a 10" Jake in Walleye pattern yesterday, man it looked great. Didn't affect the action of the big bait at all.

Location: Racine, Wi | You can also do this with a small orange strip, or piece of a power grub in lakes that have high perch populations. Good tip Ranger.
