Location: Illinois | Do the fish need a break after seeing tons of lures? Does fishing right after a tournement usually lower your odds?

| The lakes I fish in MN, it seems there is a daily tournament. Fishing pressure is probably the highest I have ever seen in the last 15 years. Fishing has been much tougher as well and not seeing as many big fish overall. But to answer your question, yes tournaments will slow the bite down some. |

Location: Black Creek, WI | Intuitively, you would expect the increased pressure from a tournament to slow things down. However, I have had some great days of fishing the day after a tournament, so who knows. Thus, Fish when you can fish and enjoy it. |

| It's all still about windows... If there's good weather after the tournament, then you should be good! |
