Posts: 782 | Does anybody have consistent success with the color white, whether a white bucktail or marabou. Or a white crankbait, jerk bait, or whatever ur throwing. It seems that it would be productive in clear, deep, cold, water, with a cisco or whitefish forage. And if muskies feed upwards and see white fish bellies, it just kind of makes sense. Or does it? It seems to me it should be a very popular color like black. Any thoughts or actually I was looking for guys with white success stories. Kdawg

Posts: 8834 | I have a double 10 with white blades 1/2 black skirt and 1/2 white skirt that I've done pretty well on. I don't really have anything that's ALL white, though.

Posts: 1275 Location: Walker, MN | My best color for cranks and jerkbaits by far...rubber too. It seems to me.. white is quite visible in almost any water color, and yet completely natural. Almost every fish in the lake has a white belly, especially in clear water.
