I am going to be fishing Fishing Monument Bay this weekend.

Never have fished for Muskie before.
Have always fished for bass and northerns.

What type of rod, reel, lures, and lbs test should I be using?
Thanks

How serious of bass fisherman are you? Do you own a heavy flippin stick? Load a baitcaster with 65lb braid, lots of big bass lures catch big muskies. Throwing a quality 1-1.5oz Black Nickle spinnerbait a lot is never a bad idea. I’ve caught many over 45” up 52” on Candy Spins for example... good luck
