Is anyone out there fishing Lake Kincaid in So Illinois? I have stayed away this summer as I was advised not to fish it when the water temps get too high. I was there this morning doing a little pleasure boating and noticed the water temp is 77 degrees. By the time I left at 1:30PM it was back up to 80. With cooler temps coming, when is it safe to start chunkin wood for skies again?
