| I may try and head up to Mille Lacs this weekend. Gereral suggestions? Where should I start? Weeds? Rocks? Breaklines? Shallow sand? Never fished there this time of year. Just want to know where to start. Also, ideas for bonus walleye when I get tired of throwing at the big dogs? Thanks in advance. |

Location: Brainerd Area | fish the 15 ft brake line and cast over the cabage. also work the crap weeds in the 3 to 5 ft range. wht/slv bucktails have produced well.
as for walleyes, i had eyes popping the surface off the weed line as i was fishing muskies. they would come up and take somthing of the surface and head right back down. so try the weed line and hit the rocks, you cant go wrong.
happy hunting

Location: Des Plaines, IL | Lock up your equipment! Things seem to disappear up around there. I know of 2 people that had ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT stolen.
Tight lines to ya,
