| Anyone have ideas of quality lakes/rivers where I could possibly go wading for some muskies?
Thanks,

| Thanks snowcrest, I really apreciate the response. Basically I'm looking anywheres in MN. I'm thinking that the smaller, electric only lakes (Nokomis, Calhoun, Harriet, etc) of the cities would be my best bet? What are the shorelines like?
Thanks,

Location: Valentine, NE USA | To be honest, I've never fished the Metro lakes...yet! sorry.
However, I'll be up in Montgomery next week, and might take a rod with me. Unless someone else posts about the shorelines, I'll let you know when I get back.

| MJB,
You might try the beach area and the boat launch on Lk.Waconia.I used
to wade the shore near the carp trap and the whistle stop area.
