| Hi guys,
New musky fisherman here.
I'll be heading up to the northern 1/3 of WI, around Townsend/Lakewood area, on Sunday through Wednesday. Not super great musky lakes but I'm going to give it a shot.
Obviously supposed to be warm Sunday/Monday, but they are forecasting a cold front to hit Monday sometime. Not sure of the water temps yet, but I'm sure they are still warm.
Question is, Where do I start? What kind of structure should I look for?
What should I throw? Also going to try some propwash trolling.
Any tips or tricks would be great.
Thanks in advance! |

| I've heard water temps around eagle river area are upper 60's again. I'll be up north this weekend and will be targeting green weeds and weeds along the river channels. Look around where the panfishermen & walleye guys are picking up fish. If they are shallow, the muskies will be there too. |

| I was out last night in Oneida County, water temps were back up in the 69 range. Raised two fish on top water, both were in 3 to 4 feet of water, weeds. Supposed to be very warm tomorrow. |
