Would this be good for jerks and glides? Wanted something a little longer than 7'6".

I use it for suicks, phantoms, weagles. Nice rod.

It depends on the size of bait u use the most, and what action rod you prefer.

I use 8" phantom, and similar quite a bit, and prefer the faster action of "the jerk" or "Big dawg", best thing would be to find a guy with one, that you could throw around for a bit, with some different baits. With that being said, if i were to buy another LT rod, it would most likely be the lip stick.

I use "The Jerk", "Sling Blade" "Big Nasty" and a "Big Dawg" most of the time i use the Big Dawg or Big Nasty for gliders, as i don't bring all my rods in the boat, but if i know the glider bite is on, ill bring the jerk.
