Posts: 2378 | I just received an older lure from someone and am having trouble identifying it. I figured somebody here may have an idea what it is. It has removable weights similar to the Fudally and JoMusky system. I dont know if these are from the factory or added after purchase. Any ideas? Posts: 2061 Location: Belgium | no, that's a bob&mark's custom lure. This one was made by the same people who made the b&m's provoker glider with the screw-in weight. This one is a diver style jerkbait. I can't remember the exact name but I have one as well. Look on ebay, they sell some occasionally

Posts: 2378 | Divani - Thanks. I also have two of the gliders, but the picture would not work.

Posts: 2061 Location: Belgium | I don't think they're copies because the Rizzo bait is larger and it has a different shape and it's made of plastic. This one was a basement bait, made from wood, envirotexed. It's from the early 1990's.

| Kinda hard to tell the size and composition of the bait as it lays there lifeless on the table; still looks like a Rizzo pull bait... | |||

Posts: 2061 Location: Belgium | it's about 1/2" thick (belly to back), 6-6.5" long and 1-1.25" wide. It's equally wide at the tail as at the lip. If you look from the top down on the lure you see a rectangle of 6" by 1"

Posts: 2427 Location: Ft. Wayne Indiana | That is not a Rizzo Big T, the Big T is plastic where this one is wood. Also the Big T is bigger that this bait. Similar but not the same! Hulbert

| hi guys. diviani is right , muskie fever had a lure of the month club back in 95 and this was one of the months lures. they made a special color that was limited to only members of the club which i think was about 75 members . they made special colors of provokers that had a crappie-glow paint on it that was pretty cool way back then. | |||
