I'm researching musky fishing options on the Wisconsin River above Merrill WI. I'm hoping someone can advise where I can put in a 18' Ranger. I'm looking at Grandfather and Grandmother Flowage. The WI DNR site indicates there is a boat landing but I can't see it on Google Map. Are there any launch points that can handle a larger boat?

There's one on grandfather on county e just west of the bridge, can't speak for grandmother. Be careful above the dam on grandfather, there's a couple rock/log cribs from the logging days that pop up in deep water to just under the surface.
