So if yo got to Pick 1 Lake to fish for 5 days strait which lake you picking? Take nothing else into consideration except which Lake you would most want to be at for 5 day trip just strait up fishing and fishing only...I know some may take traffic on lake into consideration but if you can rule everything out say if you had lake to yourself which one is it and why?

Are you talking for the opportunity to catch fish or the over-all experience? For the fish Mille Lacs for the experience LOTW.

You have a big boat, go to St. Clair. Get a guide for the first two days, hope the weather cooperates and fish the other three solo.

interesting my man I figured this would be a common answer...This was more theoretical.. but also might take into consideration for when I plan a trip and LSC is about 3.5 hours from my house so not terribly far but I do think my boat would handle LSC as long as it didnt get too nasty out there...I have a 20ft Ranger R93 not a huge boat but think you could go out on LSC if you were careful about your planning what you think? I know guy bought it from used it strickly on Lake ERIE

LOTW or Eagle for me, just can't beat the Canadian experience in my opinion.

Based off of pictures and reports because I have zero experience with any of these places

Musky opportunity: st.lawrence, but if you aren't considering that a lake than LOTW

Overall experience: great slave or anywhere that you need a plane to get to.

I had this topic in mind for winternet

You could come here for 10 days and not even see a musky. I very much dont suggest the St Lawrence River.

Live 20 minutes from mille lacs....Need another boat haha. My boat sits on leech all season until mid october then Mille lacs... Still if i had 5 days in a row I would pick pond with the caveat its only this time of year or November though. 5 Days any other time.. gotta go with the St. Larry or Ottawa its beyond compare.
