Sue and I also had a very good time. She is very pleased that her first legal contributed well to total points!

We couldn't have better teammates. Norm and Andy were kicking the muskies around from day one. The ladies made it happen though! This is alot of fun. If any of you out there are within an hour of Rhinelander and like fishing muskies, you should join us next year.

Congratulations to Chuck Nelson for his mid-40's muskie last night on Pelican, nice fish, sir! MRoberts scored last night, as did Scott Hansen.

Thanks also to everyone else involved. Oneida Esox, we need to get out on the water for a day, maybe a lake neither of us has fished. Gene Frane needs to stop by for a beer. Lee Bastian drives RIGHT by my house working all the time, SELLING beer, and needs to stop in, too. I am sorry league is over, I will miss Tuesday night on the water.

I'd also like to congratulate Christians and the Muskydr on his quick release of nice musky during league on Crescent.

I would also like to thank everyone involved for running a great league. I looked forward to each and every Tuesday. I got to meet a lot of great people and share a bunch of fishy stories. Special thanks to Oneida Esox for taking the time as president. I know he hated doing it but he ran a great league. Thank you all for allowing a couple of "tourists" from Antigo to compete with you. Looking forward to next year.

The league was already full when I tried to get in early in the year but I did have the chance to sub one night and had a blast fishing with Oneida Esox and hangin' with the whole group afterward. Everyone I met was great, which was nice especially coming in as a sub and "stranger" to the league.

I'd love to try get in the league next year, as Mr. Worrall suggests. So, Oneida Esox or anyone else managing the league next year, please take note because I'd love to join you all up there!

I too would like to congratulate the winners. It was a lot of fun to be part of a group like this and getting to know a few more fellow musky heads. A lot of great guys that I would like to share the boat with sometime.

John Stellflue, thank you for all of your hard work on this and also thanks to Mike Roberts for helping out John with some of his work load. I know there are other officers that I am omitting, so thanks to to all that helped keep this league organized and running smoothly.

Steve is right, if you do live near Rhinelander you should join us as it is a blast. Thanks Steve for the congrats on the fishy on Tuesday; you should have mail. Let me know if it came through all right. So far, biggest for me for the year.

Good fishing,

Chuck

Hey Norm,

Here is the one I missed Tuesday, She destroyed the lure tonight, and stayed hooked this time. Would have been nice for the points, she was 35.25". I missed another two casts later, about the same size.

here is a picture of Chuck's nice fish from this Tuesday on Pelican.

I would be interested next year in fishing the league, a little bit of a drive but I fish that area a couple of times a week normally.

Nice fish Chuck. Steve, thank God we didn't need that one Tuesday, because you catching it then on Thursday would have really poured salt in a open wound. Medic, I recommend getting in, even if you don't know all the lakes. There is no better way of learning new water than being forced to fish it. Believe it or not, all the lake options hold fish in them.

Stupid fish was confused about the proper timing, I think. Maybe they will coperate for our next Matchfishing dates. I hope so.
