Posts: 38 | Easy depends on if you are wanting to swap skirts from one to another. If you are wanting to have a new one made it's easy enough to do yourself. Flashabou and rubber/silicone are the easy to tie. Marabou would the second and hair is more challenging. You can also buy premade skirts | ||

Posts: 20248 Location: oswego, il | The easiest way to do it is to rewire the bucktail and.add the skirt of choice. Bending new wire isnt that difficult. Get a much longer length than you need, will be easier to make bends. Muskie! nut, your always giving your bucktails the shaft! | ||

Posts: 427 | Every time I retie a tail I've never done before I carefully strip down the original and reverse the steps to complete the new one. This works for hair, rubber and flash a bou. If your unsure of your memory take pictures as you tear down the original. There are many options on how to tie. | ||
