400HG will be going on a Big Nasty for mostly Mag Dawgs. Will also use it for most other applications besides big blades and walk the dog baits. Should be a very versatile combo. Tom

I use my 500 Pg more then my Hg. So ill get a Pg to start out with then add a hg latter.as for use I have a 400D that I really don't like so that will go as a back up reel and put the 400 pg on that rod double eights and smaller.
