In the middle of reorganizing my tackle with the acquisition of a couple more tackle bags but I still intend on storing the soft plastics in the 3700 planos. I searched the forums and know soft plastics touching other lures is no bueno. However, does that apply to two of the same soft plastic lures, in the same color, together in one slot of a Plano? Consolidation means extra slots so I hope to gain some insight but I will be storing each separate unless someone chimes in with experience which suggests otherwise. Thanks!

I do the same thing with no ill effects. I've even put different colored baits together in one slot. None of my muskie baits have bled their colors, but I have had bass and walleye plastics "bleed" when combined. This is a particular problem with white mixed with bright colors, such as chartreuse and orange.

Same lures won't have an issue however I had a cool thing happen I just saw the other day. A white pearl bulldog was touching a red berkly havok "pitboss" and the sweet color transfer is something I'm going to try and duplicate

Haha I have done the same thing with curly tails for walleye... chartreuse and smoke makes a deadly combination! The best part about it was the accidental discovery!
