Location: Northwest Wi. | I was watching Keyes yesterday and noticed that his rig had some steps and a handrail mounted on the tongue of the boat trailer. Looks like it would make getting in and out of the boat easier. I see there are a few types out there on the internet. I often unload by myself at landings with no dock or a bad dock, I wonder if this would make things easier unloading/loading overall. Anyone out there have one? if so how do you like it? |

| I love them. Not only helps launching/loading but is the easiest way to get in and out of the boat in the garage or anytime the boat is on the trailer. Highly recommend them. |

Could you post a pic of what you have, and tell me where you got yours, assuming it is aftermarket? Thanks |

| I have them and they are wonderful. Not just for the ramp. When at home or on the road they allow a person to easily "walk" in to and out of the boat while carrying whatever in one hand (other hand is on grab post). Standard on Yar Craft (and Bass Cat?) trailers but I think you can buy the bolt-on kit from Yar Craft for around $500.

| Priceless piece of equipment on my trailer considering I fish solo 99% of the time. We'll worth the $ |
