Location: MPLS, MN | I'm going on a more of recreational trip to Leech this weekend and am staying in the far south portion of Walker Bay. I plan on getting out and at least do a little fishing. I always hear the main lake is the best place to go during summer, but are there good spots with a legit chance at a ski in walker?? |

| I was on Leech last year in August and went out with a guide and we fished Walker a lot and saw plenty of fish. We fished the western shoreline on the southern part of the bay. We also hit the points into the narrows as well as the north side of the narrows. Also the rock reef in Kabekona(sp?) Bay raised some fish. We saw about 8 fish between the 2 of us, but nothing in the boat. I would recommend fishing during low light hours as the water had very good clarity. Hope this helps.

| OM,
I just got home from work and looked at my notes from last year and can give you a few more specifics as to where we fished in Walker. The points that we hit included Fishers Point, South of Point, Onigum Point and the bullrushes on the north side of Agency Narrows. Between the bouys in Kabekona Bay marks the reef I mentioned. 3 of the fish we raised were just South of Fishers Point. Granted that was a year ago, but I hope this will help you out a bit. Let us know how you do.

Top Raiders, Lily Tails raised the most fish from what I remember.

Location: MPLS, MN | Thanks alot, I really appreciate it. I go up there every year for the walleye opener so I know how to get to most of those spots. I'll post if I get one. Thanks again. |
