| I picked up a couple new baits called the "Rizzo Wiz" by Tony Rizzo. Does anyone have any reviews they would like to share? How productive are they? They looked different to me so I figured why not. Hopefully I can get a nice musky to grab it. |

| Truly amazing how folks keep rediscovering the hidden gold of "El Dorado." Can't wait till you also find one of those new(?) Crane baits. Two each of those two and you can likely travel the musky range and beat the pants off all comers!!! |

Location: oswego, il | Tube spinners are great. They run deeper so in the spring they get you closer to the budding weeds. Guys like tossing them in open water too. The biggest fish i ever seen i raised on a home made tube spinner. 20 years ago they were more popular before the double blade craze.

Location: oswego, il | I used to make tube spinners out of a mann's 6" tube. They were awesome and i caught alot of muskies and pike. Bigger profile, very soft rubber and large tenacles that pulsated more than the thin ones on standard narrow tubes. So soft you had to superglue the head to the lead weight. You could put a bigger weight in them. I made some for a guy on the site and he gave them back to me to re-tube, not a tenacle one on any of them. No salt so they did not corrode the components. They don't make them anymore but reaction strike makes an identical tube. Colors are different but well worth making them. Overstock bait has them cheap. Just wish you could get them in black, brown and orange, most of the tenacles are clear on the reaction strikes. |

| Todd, Bass fishermen routinely use Spike-It to quickly change or add colors to plastics. Should work on big tubes too. |

I have used the spike it and it works well. Just wish you could get the tubes in flourescent colors. I also wish you could get tubes made of vinyl. I found one package one time but never seen any more. Those would be perfect tubes for making spinners with. |

| This winter I am going to start making my own spinnerbaits, I think I may go ahead and try to muster up a few custom tube spinners as well. I want to make custom ones that look like the booyah spinnerbaits but have thicker gauge wire for durability . This past summer I lost a good fish boatside because the booyah spinner I was using snapped. Got it on my go pro and sent the clip to booyah and they wont contact me back haha. I like the smaller profile spinners and they glide through the thick parts of the weed beds. |
