I am going to be at Pelican Lake this weekend at a family gathering.
Are the muskies moving? Where, what baits etc? I will appreciate your response.
Thanks,
John

Norm has been out more than I the last weeks because I was in Canada, but my 2 cents:

I have done well on Tallywacker and Topper Stopper type topwaters, and fast moving glide baits. The fish chase hair, but I can't get them to eat a bucktail. The fish seem to be pretty well established on the 4 to 10' line along the weeds. Rocks have produced some mid-day (oddly, on bright days, too), as have the fast sand breaks which are full of perch fry.

Soft plastic should also be in the lure arsenal. Good luck! If you see a Patriot 2050 out there, that's me. Stop by and say hello.
