I'm headed up for a week on Sunday. Am I going to miss turnover, or will it be starting while I'm up there? Thanks!

Water temps will be 70+. Bring topwaters and bucktails.

I was out tonight on stained lake in Sawyer County tonight and was seeing surface temps at 63.

This past week we hit about a dozen lakes in Vilas and Iron counties and no surface temps were below 66, you'll be good.

With the higher sustained winds and cooler temps, should we expect water temps to plummet in the next week?

Temps are climbing back into the upper 60s in a few days

on avg turnover in vilas happens mid Oct every year...
