Looking at changing gears in one of my Beasts to the 7.1 gear of the rocket. Is this possible? Does anyone on this site have access to this gear? Or would I be money ahead to just order the rocket? I like the double paddle handle of the beast.

51 or 61 the answer is no. No 51 or 61 series 7.1 gears are made.
Check yourself by looking at the schematics of the Beast and Rocket. if the parts other than the main and pinon gears are the same then yes it will work. Should be able to get pinon and main gears right from Abu if they are available. .

imo beasts and rockets are too similar in price. it would make more sense to put them into a toro S 60
