Location: Minnesota
Heading up to vermilion in the morning tacking my 86 year old mother. She had never been on vermilion planning on putting in by the landing fish the west end grab I bite at the landing for lunch.then go for a boat ride around the lake I don't need any spots I'm looking for where are you seeing the muskies during the day rocks or weeds. Is any one still open water trolling or is that bite over

Well 3.5 hrs up free boat wash at the decontamination aera 3.5 hrs home 8 hrs of fishing one small pike no muskies seen water Temps 64 to 76 all and all a nice day to be on vermillion. Very little wind so nice for goings-on a boat ride very few fisherman I was surprised
