I've got a Toro S 50 and a Beast 60 HS, and not sure which to use on a jerkbait rod and my topwater/small bucktail rod. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'd go Toro S on the topwater/'tail rod and the Beast on the jerkbait stick. Have always been a believer that the HS gives me more control on jerks (faster/slower action, manipulate twitches better) and I can always reel faster for a tail. HS reels make it tough to reel slow and its tough on gearing.

I would use to hs beast for all those lures but if you have a rod for jerkbaits that's where the beast goes.
