Location: Southern W.Va. | Don't you just love a nice wet June. I personally know of at least 2 nice tigers [41" and 38 1/2"] caught here in a 300 acre lake in southern W.Va. lake. I saw 5 fish raised on a cloudy, rainy day about 3 weeks ago but with the sun finally burning thru, it will be tough going for a while .
All 5 fish were over 30 with 2 over 40 or real close to it. I think one of the fish was the 41"er .
Just can't wait till we can try out the fishing on LOTW .
Thanks for the Totem' Pole , Mikie, I'm sure it will come in handy in the REAL near future. Give me a holler when the waters clear up and we'll try our luck on the New River.

| Daggone dude! Doris FINALLY let you out of the "cyber woodshed?" Went by the New on Sunday, was high/dingy near the Narrows/Rich Creek areas...should be clearing up soon I hope. Heading to Claytor this coming Sunday for the week, will attempt to put the assorted Sponges on some hybrids and or walleyes and juvenile barse. I'm taking some 'ski stuff in case I can break away to hit the river. Selling me skiff when I get back in hopes of getting a center console. Keep in touch...:O |
