Location: Kodiak, AK | This is actually a fly for deeper ocean fishing for halibut and ling cod, thus the glow material and the grub tail added in the dark pic. But it's my bread and butter muskie style of tying, and I've caught plenty of fish on straight white with black thrown in. White on it's own, fly fishing low light, and the UV reflectivity of glow material in broad day light all make this a viable muskie fly.

Nice pike vid. and info. they sure do have some large fish over in Europe...and lots of 'em it seems.
I toss an 8wt rod with a 9wt line on it. I'd bet he's fishing at least that. |

I catch crap sometimes for using blades or tails on my flies.
