| I will be fishing the Big V over the 4th of July weekend. I am staying at a friends cabin in Frazer Bay. I was hoping to fish the East side (Pike Bay, etc.). Anybody know how far, by water or land, it will take me to make that journey?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Location: Minneapolis, MN | That's going to depend a lot on how fast your boat is and how well it takes a pounding from the pleasure boat traffic. In a bass boat running 40mph I would guess it would take me about 15 minutes. Just a guess. I'll be there the same time as you. |

| I can push about 35-40 in my Pro-V. 20 minutes or so. Not too bad.
Anybody know how far if I were to trailer?

I will be in a green Pro-V. Two of us in the boat, maybe 3. Dont be afraid to pull up on us if you recognize the boat. Always interested in meeting other musky nuts. Will be fishing in Frasier, Big, and wherever else looks good.

I will be up on the 28th-29th with my 4 year old, going out of Pike Bay in a white and black Alumacraft with 90hp Honda Tiller.
We will be testing Terry's (ACE - Guideman) ability to catch panfish! While in the weeds we just might be tossing something bigger than the sunnies we're catching! I'll keep an eye out for your Ranger.

Yes, I'll be fishing for those Big Gills on Saturday, with my young friend Ben. His Dad and I are just grooming him for the future, when he gets that first Muskie!
It's not to often I get to ride along, with someone else doing all the work. I hope he can get me on some fish....

Location: Alexandria, MN | So Terry how big are those Bluegills up there? Could I toss a Super Top Raider or Manta and keep the little 'gills off my line? I don't want to be sorting through a bunch of little ones.
