I prefer something like a Cisco mount for the bigger graphs, but have used the large Ram mounts too. You get a little more adjustment with the Ram, but the Cisco is bulletproof.

I have a helix 9 on the front and a 10 on the dash, both use the big Ram mount.

I have two large birds on the big Rams... And they don't move including today... Sad thing is I blew up the bow flush mounted hds9 going to have to seek warranty info on that panel. So lame.

Have you considered the Balz-out mounts? I know they are twice the price but they are rock solid. I have both a Balz-out and a Ram in my boat on 7" graphs (Ram on the console). The Balz-out doesn't even wiggle. I'll be replacing my Ram this offseason.
