Posts: 1209 | I prefer jr cowgirls. Mag 9's and 1" shorter. Could be thinner wire or smaller hooks but not that I noticed.

Posts: 141 Location: Minnetonka | #8 Mag blade (jr) vs. a #10 mag blade. Both can be very effective, depending on what the fish want. Jr's are good for covering water and reaction strikes as you can retrieve them faster.

Posts: 49 | Showgirls are # 8s blades Jr cowgirl are mag 8s(basically #9s for normal people terms, somewhere between a 8 and 10) and cowgirls are 10s... Showgirls also have only one treble and both cowgirls have 2 trebles..... With the right reel all three are easy to bring in but I been throwing smaller stuff this years all 8s and #9 indiana blades

Posts: 1828 | Does anyone think they've ever caught a fish on 10 blades that wouldn't have hit 9's, or vice-versa? 'cause I don't.

Someone finally said it! LOL I don't fully agree though. I like 10's for night time because it seems the have more lift and can be reeled slower over the tops of weeds. There is a time and a place for both, but for the most part you're right.
