I've never had any shoulder issues when jigging Bondy's. My forearm feels the burn after 8+ hours of jigging but that's about it. I hold the rod at the fore grip with the handle along my forearm & I don't use any add-on handles. I suppose I'm probably use to jigging Bondys because I do it more than most. |
