It's with great sadness I post the sudden passing on of my close friend and fishing buddy Mark Moyer, M.D. Mark succumbed to the complications of diabetes, probably a massive pulmonary embolus (blood clot in the lungs). Mark was a remarkable doctor, loving husband to his wife Judy, and proud father of his daughter Margot. He was a diehard chaser of the WR musky, who had follow to the boat some years back the single biggest musky I have ever heard of on this or any other board. He truly was blessed during his limited stay on this Earth, and I know he's in a better place, probably trolling or casting jerkbaits, right now. I'll miss his friendship. Mark

My condolences to both you and Mark's family. Celebrate the time you had together and the memories of all the good times will ease the pain. My prayers are with you and Mark's family during this time. Certainly the muskies are even bigger where he's casting his line now..

Sorry to hear about your friend, it sounds like he didn't let his diabetes slow him down.

No matter how many cherished memories we make with the ones we love, we will always long for more.

.....I wouldn't want to loose a friend and NOT have these feelings to deal with.

My prayers go out to you, Mark
