| Word is that Al, a really great guy and a friend of mine long distance for over 20 years, got a 57" over 50# on Leech. Let her go after pics.
As a sidenote, Al has been guiding the lake for years, and has seen tradgedy and triumph there. There is not a single Muskie fisherman or Woman that deserved that fish more.

| So let me get this right..........
In the last few weeks Minnesota has had;
54"x26" Mille Lacs - over 40 pounds
51"x31" Mille Lacs - OVER 50 pounds
57" x ?? Leech Lake - OVER 50 pounds
ALL of these fish released!
WOW, our musky anglers are RELEASING potential state records, hat's off to all of you.....
What an amazing fishery we have!

Not to add to your total but I also caught a 51" x 24.4" on Minnetonka and my partner bobby Landrevill caught a 51" x 24" also on tonka prefishing the P.M.T.T. Congrads to you Al way to go you deserve it. Nice fish there keep up the good work maybe some day you can teach our DNR some things.[:p] |

| It's nice to hear that a deserving fisherman catch's a fish like this. To often we hear of the first time angler or the guy boozin it up on the pontoon hookin up with big 'ol Mo. Congrats to Al and thanks for the info Steve. Tom |
