| Hey all,
Had to stop by the Marina, drop some $$ off at the Indiana Musky Alliance and run some errands in the North Webster area last Saturday so here are the current lake conditions (as of March 5th):
Water is open. No ice visible, Surface temps in the mid to lower 30's.
Public launch and Sock's marina are clear, courtesy dock in place at the public launch. Sock's will be installed sometime today.
The DNR is reportedly getting their nets together for spawning season, should be placing them in the next couple of weeks depending on water temps that could spike up this week (Temps in the upper 60's anticipated).
The newly formed Indiana Musky Alliance is also having a big lure swap on March 12th at the American Legion in North Webster starting at 10AM.
Still a little early for fishing apparently, but things are looking up.
HTH,
