Location: Madison, WI | Hi guys,
Question about downloading youtube videos...
I sometimes enjoy downloading other videos (such as the MGM Lion or other things) to import into Windows Movie Maker and spice up my videos.
BUT....
I was using the "ss" prefix in order to download. For those who don't know this trick, you type "ss" in the URL ( such as www.ssyoutube.com/)
I had been doing that with no problems for the past few weeks, but today got infected with a virus as a result of doing that. (I think the "ss" trick is a scam)
Anybody know of any other SAFE tricks for downloading youtube videos onto my computer for splicing / editing purposes?
Thanks!

I use the Firefox browser and the Flash Video download plug-in. Flawless. |
