I mostly troll but I enjoy casting. I especially use casting to break up the monotony of trolling all day. It seems that most fellows in the east, troll and most in the west, cast.

I'm a caster! When I started fishing muskies it was illegal to troll! Besides, there's nothing better than the "FEEL" of that 50"er hitting your surface lure 2' from the boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do alot of trolling. My best numbers of fish in a day have come this way. Casting is still more fun but when the water temps are up I do alot better trolling.

I normally like to cast much more but like to troll when I can get the wife and dog out for a evening cruise. no reason not to have a line in then. I also like to troll big lakes that I don't know well to help me find structure to cast.

Both, but I lean more towards casting. Also depends on where I"m fishing.

I'm like you luckymusky. If I troll it's because I have no other choice. Although the trolling is real productive I just can't handle it. Thanks for the guys. Good Luck this weekend fishing!!
