| If you have placed an order with Smoker Tackle for SS Shad's or other items, please be patient. Kyle Marsanick has been having some health problems and been in the hospital at least twice in the last three weeks. The following was posted on Facebook
Well today was not what we expected. Kyle was sick with abdominal issues and ended up in the hospital. They did a CT scan and he had a bad reaction to the contrast . He had to be intubated and CPR performed. He was then flown to Mercy in Springfield. He is now breathing on his own and able to maintain his blood pressure without any meds. He is extremely sore. If you have ever done CPR, known someone that had CPR, or had CPR yourself, you understand what his body has been through today. Please keep us both in your thoughts and prayers the next few days. I'd also like to thank the staff at Texas County Memorial Hospital for all they did. They literally saved Kyle's life this morning. That is a debt I can never repay. Thank you Joanne Bradshaw for being there with me , Michael Marah for getting up at 3 am and driving down to be with me then driving me to Mercy, Teresa Wright Endicott for going with me to Springfield, Gina Spivey for rearranging her day so she was available if needed, Jeff Hodge and Jamie Hodge for sitting with Kyle so I could go home for a quick nap, dad and Marilyn Dennis Marah for calling to check on us and last but not least, my burn unit family. You are all so wonderful. I love working with each of you. I know there are several of you that did not know anything about this and I apologize for not letting you know personally. Please when you read this tell your family you love them and never take for granted that they will always be here. For several hours today I was terrified that I wouldn't get the chance to talk to or hug my husband again. I would never wish that feeling on anyone. If you call, text, or message me and I'm not able to get back with you, please understand that for the next few days Kyle is my priority and I will get back with you ASAP. |
