Brother caught this fat 46 last weekend and was curious to see what everyone thought on the classification of the strain she is?

Of course it would help to know where (generally) it was caught but appears to be a Green Bay fish.

Great Lakes strain.

Definitely a leech lake strain. What body of water was it caught on?

REALLY nice.

Not sure what's bigger, that smile or the fish....Both are awesome!! Other than that I can't help much.

That is a great lakes spotted, and a nice one at that. The only strain in GB is great lakes spotted for the most part. There are a few other strains that found there way in there but very few of them. There is also a descent population of tigers which are all natural reproduction. I love the bay!
