Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Heading up to Eagle for our yearly 9 day kick ourselves in the dick missing fish trip and usually take at least one day to go somewhere else and feel better by catching smaller fish. In years past we've trolled Canyon (even Soldberg would like this kind of fishing) with easy success, but now thinking about heading over to Thadddeus (thanks Teddy T for the article!).
Question: for those of you that have actually fished this lake, where is the launch? And from 1 (its a matted down path through the woods to a shallow-ish shore) to 10 (government beautiful launch with parking, bathrooms, and Jordy Nelson as the bathroom attendant) how is the launch?
Thanks! |

Location: minocqua, wi. | would that mean that Jay Cutler is at the 1-rated launch with a box of tissues? |

He's at the super expensive ($55 to launch!!??) rampson the north shore area of Chicago on Lake Michigan. They look great, super facilities, but are just another crappy ramp that will disappoint you for the cost. Like Jay and his skills vs contract. |

Location: Lake Country, Wisconsin | Took a Pontiac Grand Am back there about 15 years ago. I'm not entirely sure how we made it there and back alive....a Sherman tank would have been more suitable to have for the condition of the road that day |
