I use the rapala one not the best but 12 dollars and it folds up. It's good enough for me.

Steve Worrall (sworrall on this site) was selling brand new muskie bumpers for $50. Check with him to see if he has any left.

I made one for myself out of wood. Took a couple hours. Most was dry time on the finish. Pretty easy. Got some hinges for a couple of bucks at the hardware store.
