Hi all,

I have a 2003 crestliner fishhawk 1850 with a 115 Yamaha 4stroke of the same year. I find it to be currently underpowered. Do you think the motor listed for a repower will satisfy my need for a quicker and overall better ride? Anyone have input on the ETEC's? I have concerns with switching to a 2stroke but I can get this motor with low hours for a heck of a deal.

If that motor runs as well as a 135 Optimax, you should be happy. Should give you a much better hole shot, and top end in the mid 40's, depending on the prop you select.
